Withdrawal requests

To withdraw, go to your Wallet and select "Withdraw". Your account must pass KYC verification first. You upload a clear photo of your national ID or passport and a selfie holding the same document. Once approved, you can withdraw to any of your registered payment methods.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. If your request is delayed, contact customer support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate.
